ISSCV

Inter-Solar-System Cargo Vehicle inspired by Space: Above and Beyond.

The ISSCV "Izzy" is a combat aerospace vehicle capable of delivering significant payload mass to and from planetary bodies in the 0-2.5g range. A flying-crane design allows cargo module swapout to support a variety of missions, from combat habitat delivery to specially configured medivac, VIP and troop transport configurations. With sufficient delta-v to take on a variety of combat and support missions, the ISSCV is a versatile and rugged component of USMC orbital force projection.

We attempted to keep as close a silhouette as possible to the original ship from the show, while incorporating design cues from V-280, V-22, CH-47, MH-53, AV-8B and F-35 aircraft. We also attempted to provide design cues from the SA-43 Hammerhead, such as the 'hunched shoulders' look and dorsal scallops.
